A modern, high-conversion web platform engineered for high-growth property investments and luxury architectural showcases. Designed to deliver an engaging investor journey, the site features interactive ROI calculators, real-time occupancy metrics, dynamic investor portfolios, and fluid narrative scrollytelling.

The Challenge

Creating high-end architectural editorial experiences with layered scrollytelling timelines often introduces severe scroll friction and frame drops, particularly when mixing CSS glassmorphism cards, auto-playing media, and complex SVG metric rings. Mobile touch physics frequently suffered from jitter when native gesture listeners competed with smooth-scroll handlers.

The Solution

I architected a decoupled rendering pipeline utilizing Lenis smooth scroll coupled directly with GSAP ScrollTrigger ticker updates for frame-locked 60fps scrolling. I built lightweight, hardware-accelerated SVG circular progress widgets for occupancy metrics and optimized glassmorphism backdrop filters with CSS layer containment. Viewport-triggered micro-interactions and progressive image loading ensured instant initial render times without compromising visual fidelity.
